1. Product Specifications & Quality Guarantees

All chemical specifications, active concentrations, CAS numbers, and physical property ranges published on this website and our Technical Data Sheets (TDS) represent our standard manufacturing targets. Every commercial dispatch is accompanied by an authentic batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming that the consignment meets the agreed contractual specification.

2. Technical Guidance & Dosing Disclaimer

Engineering calculations provided by our online dosing calculators and chemical selector wizard are mathematical simulations intended for preliminary estimation. Because industrial water conditions vary (pH, alkalinity, metallurgy, temperature, and biological burden), final chemical dosage should be validated through on-site jar testing or plant consultation with our technical service chemists.

3. Chemical Safety & Handling Compliance

Industrial water treatment chemicals must be stored, handled, and dosed strictly in accordance with the provided 16-section Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) and applicable national safety regulations. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any commercial contracts entered with ZEEL PRODUCT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India .
